Refund policy

At Vibe Check, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you aren't happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 3-5 business days.

    • Note: Shipping charges and the Rs. 200 advance for COD are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
